【摘要】 目的观察无菌生物护创膜治疗烧伤创面的疗效。方法将我院收治的70例浅II度烧伤患者随机分为两组,每组35例。观察组:使用无菌生物护创膜处理烧伤创面;对照组:使用普通油纱布处理创面。分别观察使用后创面疼痛比较,敷料与创面粘连、创面愈合时间及更换敷料时的疼痛情况。结果观察组在创面愈合过程中疼痛评分、敷料与创面粘连、创面愈合时间及更换敷料时的疼痛与对照组比较明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论无菌生物护创膜疗效肯定,能有效减轻粘连程度及换药疼痛感,同时缩短创面愈合时间,提高创面愈合质量,是临床治疗小面积烧伤创面中一种较好的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the aseptic biofilm for the treatment of burn wounds. Methods Randomly divided 70 patients in our hospital with shallow II degree burn into two groups,each group of 35 cases. The patients in observation group were used the aseptic biofilm on the burn wounds. Others in control group were used the oil gauze on the burn wounds.Respectively observed the pain of burn wounds in each group,the adhesion of dressing and wounds,the time of wound healing and the pain of replacing dressing. Results Observation group was markedly more excellent compared with contral group in the above aspects.( P<0. 01). Conclusion The data suggested that aseptic biofilm can effectively decrease adhension and pain of replacement,shorten the time of wound healing,increses the quality of healing. The aseptic biofilm is a good choice in the clinical treatment of small area burn wounds.更多还原
