【摘要】 目的了解彝族患者KD的患病情况及其临床特点。方法对2002年1月1日至2010年12月31日在我院住院的彝族KD患者进行回顾性分析,并与汉族患者就其患病率,临床特点,实验室检查,治疗反应及近期预后进行对比研究。结果此期内在我科住院的患者中汉族24933例,KD患者312例,占1.25%。彝族4852例,KD患者6例,占0.123%。患病率彝族明显低于汉族,两者比较差异有统计学意义。同期汉族患者中感染性疾病患者16724例,占67.08%,彝族中感染性疾病患者3677例,占75.78%。彝族则明显高于汉族,两者比较差异有统计学意义。两者临床表现无明显差异,仅彝族患者平均热程明显长于汉族。实验室检查和冠状动脉损害两者无差异。彝族不完全KD发生率高于汉族,且对IVIG治疗反应良好,两者比较差异有统计学意义。结论我院彝族患者KD患病率明显低于汉族,其炎症反应较轻,对IVIG疗效和近期预后较好。但由于我们样本量太小,研究结果可能会存在偏差。因此需进行长时间、大样本、多中心的联合观察和研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence and clinical characteristics of the Yi nationality children with KD.Methods Retrospectively analyze Yi nationality KD children in our hospital from January 1,2002 to December 31,2010,compared their prevalence,clinical features,laboratory examination,treatment response and prognosis with that of the Han nationality children. Results The patients of Han nationality children hospitalized in our department during that period was 24933 cases,312 cases were KD patients accounted for 1. 25%. while there were 4852 cases Yi nationality children,6 cases of patients with KD,accounting for 0. 123%. The prevalence of Yi nationality children was Significantly lower than that of the Han nationality children,with significant difference. Over the same period,3677 patients in the Yi nationality accounting for 75. 78% with infectious diseases,higher than that of the Han nationality,which is 16724 patients accounting for 67. 08%,which suggested significant differences. Their clinical manifestations were similar,only average the average febrile time of the Yi nationality children were significantly longer than that of the Han nationality children. Laboratory tests and coronary artery lesions were similar. The incomplete KD incidence of Yi nationality is higher than that of the Han nationality,IVIG treatment response of Yi nationality is good,which suggested significant difference. Conclusion KD prevalence of Yi nationality children in our hospital was significantly lower that of Han nationality children,with patients of Yi nationality childre their inflammatory response is lighter,IVIG effect and recent prognosis is good. But due to our sample size is too small,the results may be with deviation. So we need to do a long time,large sample,multicenter joint observation and research.更多还原
