【摘要】 目的布比卡因蛛网膜下腔麻醉作用时间对一些短小手术来讲,相对较长。本研究主要观察利多卡因对布比卡因蛛网膜下腔麻醉作用时间的影响。方法 60例行膝关节镜手术的患者随机分为2组,分别接受2mL 0.5%布比卡因+0.6ml 2%利多卡因或2mL 0.5%布比卡因+0.6mL 0.9%生理盐水,观察其感觉和运动阻滞完全恢复的时间。结果两组患者可以开始手术的时间差异无统计学意义,利多卡因感觉阻滞的最高平面高于生理盐水组,感觉和运动阻滞的时间利多卡因组长于生理盐水组。结论对行膝关节镜手术的患者,0.6ml 2%利多卡因会延长2ml 0.5%布比卡因蛛网膜下腔麻醉感觉和运动阻滞的时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The duration of spinal anesthesia with bupivacaine is often too long for day surgery. In this prospective,randomized double-blind study we investigated the effect of lidocaine on the spinal anesthesia with bupivacaine in patients undergoing unilateral knee arthroscopy. Methods 60 patients were randomized to receive 2 mL 0. 5% bupivacaine plus either0. 6 mL 2% lidocaine or 0. 6 mL saline. The sensory and motor blocks were monitored until complete regression. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the groups regarding time to readiness for surgery. The maximum level of sensory block,total duration of sensory and motor blocks was larger in lidocaine group than in saline group. Conclusion In patients undergoing knee arthroscopy,that the addition of 0. 6mL of 2% lidocaine to intrathecal 2mL 0. 5% bupivacaine could delay the duration of sensory or motor blocks.更多还原
