【摘要】 目的探讨下腔静脉滤器植入后行植管溶栓治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓的临床意义。方法对52例急性下肢深静脉血栓患者行下腔静脉滤器植入后采用导管溶栓术进行治疗。结果 52例患者均成功导入溶栓导管,疗效明显。回收滤器32例,捕获血栓28例。本组患者无一例发生致死性肺栓塞。结论与传统深静脉血栓的治疗方法比较,导管溶栓术治疗不仅临床操作简单,快速有效,并发症少,显著改善患者的生活质量,并减少后遗症发生的概率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of catheter directed thrombolysis and inferior vena cava filter in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity. Methods To treat 52 patients with acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis by catheter thrombolysis. Results 52 patients were successfully imported thrombolytic catheter. Observation the IVCF after surgery,32 cases of them recycle filte,28 of them captured thrombus,none of 52 patients had pulmonary embolism; the time of the catheter directed thrombolysis for patients is 2 ~ 7 days; hospitalization time is 7 ~ 14 days. Conclusion Compared with the traditional treatment method of deep vein thrombosis,catheter thrombolysis therapy not only simple clinical operation,but also reduces the thrombolytic drug dosage,the treatment effect is obvious,fewer complications,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the probability of the incidence of.
