【摘要】 目的观察胃裸区清扫加D2根治术治疗T3-4N0-2M0近端胃癌的疗效。方法将同期收治的60例T3-4N0-2M0胃癌患者随机分为观察组(A组)和对照组(B组)各30例,观察组行D2根治术+胃裸区清扫、对照组行D2根治术,观察两组患者总有效率、术后五年生存率、围手术期并发症、术后消化系并发症及Spitzer生存质量评分等指标。结果A组患者治疗后较B组患者Spitzer生存评分远期改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其治疗后总有效率、术后五年生存率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其肿瘤术后复发率明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率未明显增加(P>0.05)。结论胃裸区清扫加D2根治术治疗近端胃癌疗效确切,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observing the curative effect of T3-4N0-2M0distal gastric cancer after D2opration combining with stomach bare area cleaning. Methods Randomly choosing 60 T3-4N0-2M0distal gastric cancer patients,randomly dividing into two groups equally( A group and B group); A group adopted D2opration combining with stomach bare area cleaning,B group adopted D2opration; observing the effective,5year survival rate after opration,perioperative complications,postoperative complications,Spitzer score. Results Spitzer score of A group is better than B group( P<0. 05); the total effective rate、5 year survival rate and perioperative complications are better than B group( P<0. 05); postoperative complications has no defferent( P>0. 05). Conclusion That D2opration combining with stomach bare area cleaning treating T3-4N0-2M0distal gastric cancer was worthy to be popularized.更多还原
