【摘要】 目的:观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选择冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者100例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,各50例,对照组予常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服复方丹参滴丸治疗。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组心绞痛症状总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组心电图总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛可显著改善胸痛症状,减少心绞痛发作,改善缺血性心电图,长期服用无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of compound dansheng dripping pills in treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart diseases.Methods:One hundred cases of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each of 50 cases.The patients in control group received the conventional treatment.The patients in treatment group were treated with compound danshen dripping pill based on routine treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the total efficiency of angina symptom and the total effective rate of ECG were significantly increased in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound danshen dripping pills in treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can significantly improve the symptoms of chest pain,reduce the attack of angina pectoris,improve ischemic ECG,long-term use without obvious adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
