【摘要】 以高等教育实验教学改革为背景,分析了管理类本科专业传统实验教学面临的问题。运用现代教育教学理论、认知理论及系统理论,针对创新人才培养需求,从教学管理与资源配置角度构建了管理类本科专业实验教学的"3P2C"共享型模式。以四川大学为例,从实验资源共享的平台搭建、实现渠道、机制保障等方面探索了该模式在管理类本科专业实验教学上的应用实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the background of experimental teaching reform in higher education,this paper analyzes disadvantages existing in traditional experimental teaching of management major as well as its causes; through applying modern education and teaching theories,cognitive theory and synergetic theory, viewed from experimental teaching management and experimentalresource allocation,it constructs a "3P2C"experimental teaching sharing model for undergraduate management major to meet the demand for innovation talents cultivation; referring to experimental teaching practices of undergraduate management major in Sichuan University,it explores into a specific implementation approach of this model by emphasizing platform construction for experimental resource sharing,its implementation channels and guarantee mechanism.更多还原
