厌氧-好氧间歇工艺处理煤气化废水的小试研究

【摘要】 采用厌氧序批式活性污泥法(SBR)-好氧SBR串联工艺处理煤气化废水,研究各反应段的污染物降解性能。结果表明,在平均进水COD为1 100mg/L,总酚、挥发酚、氨氮的质量浓度分别为220、110、92.22 mg/L的条件下,出水COD和总酚、挥发酚、氨氮的质量浓度可分别降至380mg/L和45.2、0.52、0.32 mg/L,在氨氮去除方面具有很大的优势。碳平衡实验表明,水解酸化48h降低的TOC进入气、液、固相的比例分别为47.14%、19.98%和28.54%,水解酸化24 h降低的TOC进入气、液、固相的比例分别38.95%、22.13%和34.72%。水解酸化段和好氧段对污染物的降解均符合1级动力学特征。

【Abstract】 An anaerobic SBR-aerobic SBR process was used to treat coal gasification wastewater. The pollutant biodegradability of different reactors was investigated. The results show that when average influent COD, and mass concentration of total phenol, volatile phenol, ammonia nitrogen were 1 100mg/L and 220, 110, 92.22 mg/L, the effluent COD and mass concentration of total phenol, volatile phenol ammonia nitrogen could decrease to 380 mg/L and 45.2, 0.52, 0.32 mg/L respectively. The process shows superiority in the treatment of ammonia nitrogen. The carbon balance test shows that the ratios of reduced TOC transformed into gas, liquid and solid phase were 47.14%, 19.98% and 28.54% when anaerobic acidification time was 48h, while the ratios were 38.95%, 22.13% and 34.72% when the reaction time was 24 h. The degradation of pollutants in the anaerobic and aerobic systems both accorded with the characteristic model of first-order reaction kinetics.
