The degradation of phenol and ammonia nitrogen by high-activity immobilized bacteria was examined in a fluidized bed reactor with 10% filling at optimized conditions(pH=6.0~8.0, 30 ℃, ρ(DO)=5.0 mg/L). SEM analysis was utilized for observation of immobilized bacteria and GC-MS analysis for the intermediates of phenol degradation.
