碳纤维布不同加固方式对木梁承载力影响试验研究

【摘要】 为研究碳纤维布(CFRP)对矩形木梁的加固效果,采用CFRP包裹9根矩形木梁进行抗弯、抗剪性能的试验。分析不同CFRP加固层数、不同加固方式对木梁承载力性能的影响,获得了试件的破坏形态、极限承载力、荷载-挠度关系和应变分布等。结果表明:加固梁在变形过程中符合平截面假定,CFRP改变了木梁的脆性破坏模式,其受压区有明显的塑性变形段,提高了木梁的抗弯、抗剪性能,极限承载力提高最高为55.1%,试件的刚度和延性也同时得到改善,采用CFRP加固增强木梁性能的方法是行之有效的。

【Abstract】 In order to study how carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) reinforcements affect the load carrying capacity of rectangular timber beams,9 CFRP reinforced timber beams were subjected bending,with their flexural,and shear performance as well as failure modes,being recorded.The effects of different CFRP reinforcement layers,and pattern on failure mode,ultimate load carrying capacity,load-deflection relationship and strain distribution were analyzed.The results showed that the reinforced beams were accorded with the plane cross-section assumption in the loading process,CFRP reinforcement had altered the usual brittle failure mode of the timber beams,and the stage of plastic deformation was observed distinctly.The ultimate load carrying capacity was enhanced most by 55.1%.Therefore,the CFRP strengthening technique on timber beams is effective,which can be used to significantly improve their structure performance and the utilization efficiency of wood.
