【摘要】 目的探索四川省健康教育专业人员分级培训模式。方法描述四川省健康教育机构专业人员现有培训模式,探讨分级培训模式的优点。结果现阶段的培训模式过于单一死板;内容比较局限,没有了解受训者的真实需求。结论探索建立四川省健康教育专业人员分级培训模式,应根据多种标准对受训者进行分级培训,因地制宜、因材施教。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This survey was made to explore a classified training mode of public health education professional in Sichuan province.Methods The current training mode about professionals in the health education institutions were described and the advantages of the classified training mode were discussed.Results The current training mode was single and rigid,the content was limited which didn′t meet the demand of the trainees.Conclusion A classified training mode of public health education professional in Sichuan province should been established.Classified training should be according to individuals and local conditions.更多还原
