【摘要】 在社会经济快速发展、收入分配差距不断拉大的形势下,研究高校收入分配制度具有非常重要的意义。从效率与公平视角出发,简述国内外学者对效率与公平关系的认识,梳理改革开放以来我国效率与公平政策的演变以及高校收入分配制度的历史沿革,分析目前高校收入分配制度改革需要关注的问题,并对此提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fast social and economic development and constantly widening gap in income distribution, it is of practical significance to study the income distribution system in colleges and universities. From the view of efficiency and fairness, this article reviews the development on efficiency and fairness policies as well as its history since China’s reform and opening up and proposes some suggestions on reforming the current income distribution system in colleges and universities after analyzing present problems to be resolved.更多还原
