电子辐照对纳米Gd2Zr2O7晶粒尺寸和结晶度的影响

【摘要】 利用能量为1.7Mev、注量在1015~2×1016/cm2的电子辐照非晶Gd2Zr2O7粉体、晶态Gd2Zr2O7纳米粉体和晶态Gd2Zr2O7纳米陶瓷,采用XRD测试手段对电子辐照前后的样品进行分析.结果表明,在此电子能量下,非晶Gd2Zr2O7粉体未出现晶化现象;部分晶态Gd2Zr2O7纳米粉体和纳米陶瓷在1016/cm2的注量下,结晶度提高,晶粒长大,辐照引起的退火效应占主导地位;结晶程度较高的Gd2Zr2O7纳米陶瓷在电子辐照下结晶度提高最大,平均晶粒尺寸也有明显提高.

【Abstract】 Amorphous Gd2Zr2O7 powder,crystallographic Gd2Zr2O7 nano-powder and nano-ceramic have been irradiated by electron beam with flux from 1015/cm2 to 2×1016/cm2 and energy of 1.7Mev.The phases of Gd2Zr2O7 samples have been studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD)before and after irradiation.The results show that crystallization of amorphous Gd2Zr2O7 powder by electron radiation has not been observed under the existing radiation conditions.However,the average grain sizes and crystallinities of Gd2Zr2O7 nano-powders and the partly crystallized nano-ceramics increase when the electron flux is increased to 1016/cm2.Thus,the annealing effect induced by radiation is dominant.XRD also shows that the increase in crystallinity for the high degree of crystallization of Gd2Zr2O7 nano-ceramics is the greatest and their average grain sizes after radiation are greater than those before radiation.
