【摘要】 为了探讨青蒿素对山羊隐孢子虫病的治疗效果,对确诊为隐孢子虫感染的12只羔羊随机分为2组,即对照组(Ⅰ)和试验组(Ⅱ),试验组的每只羔羊灌服青蒿素,剂量为60mg/kg/d,连续7 d,观察羊只用药前后的临床症状及隐孢子虫卵囊量的变化。结果表明:一定剂量的青蒿素可以减轻羔羊隐孢子虫病的临床症状,使排卵囊量减少,表明青蒿素对山羊隐孢子虫病有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the artemisinin therapeutic effect on cryptosporidium infected goats. test for diagnosis of cryptosporidium infection of 12 lambs were randomly divided into 2 groups which were drug control and drug trials group. Each lamb oral gavages’ artemisinin(dose: 60mg/kg/d), once daily for 7d in drug trials group. The clinical symptoms and cryptosporidium oocysts volume variation efficacy criteria were observed before and after treatment. The results showed certain dose of artemisinin could reduce the clinical symptoms of cryptosporidiosis of tamb and reduce the amount of oocyst, indicating artemisinin had effect in the treatment of cryptosporidiosis of goats.更多还原
