【摘要】目的建立健康成人事件相关电位(ERP)听P300(下简称P300)实验方法及正常值。方法应用NTS-2000型ERP仪,采用短音刺激以及两套触发和刺激系统,两个完全独立的分析时间窗口,对50名健康成人的P300作了检测。结果分析了基本波型,提出了靶与非靶刺激时Fz、Cz和Pz区域P300各项指标平均值,对左右侧作了分析。结论健康成人P300是可靠的反映神经心理学认知过程的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the experimental method and build the standard values of event related potential( ERP) auditory P300 in healthy adults. Methods Auditory P300 was recorded in 50 healthy adults by the NTS-2000 type ERP instrument by using Tone Pip stimuli and two sets of trigger and stimulation system in two separate periods. Results After analyzing the P300 waveform,the P300 indexes elicited by target and non-target stimulation at Fz,Cz and Pz were put forward. P300 differences between two hemispheres were also analyzed.Conclusion The P300 in healthy adults is a reliable index that reflects the cognitive process.更多还原
