甲醛清除和防污复合功能汽车座椅面料的开发

【摘要】 通过使用防污整理剂和甲醛捕捉剂对汽车座椅面料进行复合功能整理,开发出一种具有清除空气中甲醛和防污复合功能的汽车座椅面料。该面料防水和防油性能可达到7级;24 h内,3 m2面料可清除1.5 m3空间内90%以上的甲醛。探讨了防污整理剂和甲醛捕捉剂用量对其性能的影响,详细研究了该多功能汽车座椅面料对空气中甲醛的清除性能。

【Abstract】 Through multi-functional finishing using antifouling agent and formaldehyde scavenger, a kind of automobile seat cover fabric with multi-function of formaldehyde elimination and antifouling effect was developed. The water-proof and oil-proof level of this multi-functional fabric can reach 7 grades, respectively. Within 24 h, more than 90% indoor formaldehyde in 1.5 square meters of space can be eliminated for 3 square meters of this fabric. Effects of antifouling agent and formaldehyde scavenger amounts were discussed. Formaldehyde elimination property was investigated in detail.
