菟丝子微量元素的测定分析
Determination of Microelements in Semen Cuscutae
【摘要】 以浓硝酸和高氯酸组成的混合酸(4∶1)做消解液,用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(inductivelycoupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定菟丝子中的微量元素锰铁、铜、锌、磷、硒等的含量。分别选择波长为257.610、259.940、324.754、213.856、213.618、196.026nm的六条谱线依次作为锰、铁、铜、锌、磷和硒的分析线,结果表明菟丝子中微量元素锰和锌的含量较高,且6种元素的相对标准偏差在0.215%~4.932%之间,加标回收率在88.65%~106.40%之间。
【Abstract】 With mixed acid of concentrated nitric acid and perchloric acid(4 ∶1) as the digestion solution,microelements(manganese,iron,copper,zinc,phosphorus and selenium) in semen cuscutae are determined through ICP-MS. Six wavelength of 257.610,259.940,324.754,213.856,213.618 and 196.026 nm are used as the analytical lines for manganese, iron, copper, zinc, phosphorus and selenium, respectively. The result shows: the contents of manganese and copper are higher;relative standard deviation of six microelements is between 0.215% ~4.932%;recovery rate is between 88.65%~106.40%.
