覆盆子微量元素的测定分析

【摘要】 用浓硝酸与高氯酸(3∶1)的混合酸对样品进行湿法消解处理,用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,ICP-AEs)测定覆盆子中的Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、P、Se等元素的含量。分析线分别选择波长为257.610、259.940、324.754、213.856、213.618、196.026nm的六条谱线。测量结果精度和准确度较高,各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.44%~2.43%,各元素的回收率分别98.58%~107.51%。结果表明:覆盆子中含有丰富人体必需的的微量元素,其中锌和锰的含量较高。

【Abstract】 Elements content of Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,P and Se in raspberry were determined by the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AEs)with wet digestion on samples using a mixed acid of concentrate nitric acid perchloric acid(3∶ 1). Experimental measurement results was of higher precision and accuracy when the six selected analysis line wavelengths were respectively 257.610,257.610,324.754,213.856,213.618,and 196.026 nm. The relative standard deviation(RSD)of each element was 0.44% ~ 2.43%,and each element recovery was 98.58% ~ 107.51%.The results shown that raspberry contains rich essential trace elements of which Zn and Mn content is higher.
