双管换热器在天然气调压站中的应用研究

【摘要】 以沿海某燃气轮机电厂油改气工程实施为契机,对调压站天然气露点加热系统进行比选,通过工艺的优化设计和新技术、新产品的应用,采用了蒸汽直接加热系统的技术方案。该方案采用双管式热交换器,以厂内辅汽系统蒸汽对过滤后的天然气直接加热,在保证加热后天然气温度满足露点过热度要求的前提下,比起蒸汽间接加热,简化了系统,减少了场地占用,降低了后期设备运行费用。工程竣工投产后,该系统运行情况良好,达到设计要求,对于同类型电厂改造甚至新建具有一定的借鉴推广价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the case study of a coastal gas turbine power plant’s oil-to-gas fuel transformation,various natural gas dew point heating systems for pressure regulating station were compared,in addition,the steam direct heating system was recommend as the solution via process design optimization and the application of new technologies and equipment. Compared with indirect steam heating system,this solution uses the auxiliary steam to heat the filtered natural gas with a double-tube heat exchanger,and,on the premise that the temperature of the heated natural gas meets the dew point superheat requirements,simplifies the system,reduces occupied space and cuts operational costs. After the project is completed and put into operation,the system proves to well meet the design requirement and run in good condition. It is believed to bear reference value for similar power plant transformation or even construction projects.
