等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石涂层微观组织形成的研究现状
The Development of Microstructure Formation in Plasma Sprayed Hydroxyapatite Coatings
【摘要】 等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石涂层是目前临床应用最广泛的生物活性涂层,本文从羟基磷灰石的热分解特征、等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石涂层过程中的组织转变和后处理涂层的组织转变等三个方面综述了等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石涂层组织形成及控制的研究进展。
【Abstract】 Currently plasma sprayed hydroxyapatite coating is the most widely used bioactive coatings in clinical applications.In this paper,the development of microstructure formation in plasma sprayed hydroxyapatite coating is summarized from three aspects,including thermal decomposition characteristics,microstructure transformation in plasma spraying process and microstructure transformation in post treatment.
