Inadequate evaluation literacy of teacher hinder the development of assessment reform for primary and secondary school in our country.The evaluation literacy of teacher mainly include the knowledge and skills,awareness,communication,application,human spirit constitution of evaluation.For the characteristics and needs of today's information technology teacher professional development,combined with the current development of evaluation literacy,made some guiding recommendations for the current problems.
