水库抢险应急预案中溃坝洪水及演进分析

【摘要】 为给水库大坝防汛抢险应急预案的编制提供参考借鉴,以清江支流招徕河水库的应急抢险预案编制为例,给出了瞬时溃坝流量过程模拟公式,并应用该公式和Hec-ras软件包,计算了溃坝洪水及其动态演进过程。分析结果表明,若下游隔河岩水库及时开闸泄洪,将使泄洪库区的最高水位下降5 m;如隔河岩水库不开闸泄洪,不仅使两岸居民点受灾风险加大,而且水位将超过隔河岩大坝坝顶,危及大坝安全,甚至造成连溃风险。

【Abstract】 For providing references for compiling of reservoir emergency plan,taking the Zhaolaihe Reservoir on tributary of Qingjiang River as a case,we induce the simulation formula for flow process calculation in case of instantaneous dam break,the dam- break flow and its routing process is computed by using the proposed formula and software pack of Hec- ras. The results show that in the case of carrying out flood discharge by downstream Geheyan Reservoir,the level in Geheyan Reservoir would drop 5m; in case of not carrying out flood discharge by Geheyan Reservoir,it would increase dangers for the residents in Geheyan Reservoir area and result in flood level exceeding the dam top of Geheyan Dam,even induce continuous dam break.
