倒虹吸地涵受温度作用影响的有限元分析
Finite element analysis on siphon culvert under temperature effect
【摘要】 以南水北调中线工程某倒虹吸结构为研究对象,利用ADINA有限元软件稳态、瞬态温度模块,计算分析了水温变化形式和加载速率对倒虹吸结构温度场的影响规律,同时借助温度-结构模块,对倒虹吸结构应力、变形与温度变化之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,对于倒虹吸这类管壁较薄结构,环境温度可近似简化为线性变化;在考虑初始温度场以及水温变化速率的条件后,结构内外表面实际最大温差与设计中采用的水温与地温最大温差之间存在一定差异;当水温高于地温时,倒虹吸结构会随着水温的升高出现向外膨胀趋势,这将对结构整体受力产生不利影响;当水温低于地温时,倒虹吸结构会随着水温的降低出现向内收缩趋势,左右侧墙向内的收缩阻止了顶板向内的收缩,这在一定程度上对结构产生有利影响。
【Abstract】 Taking a siphon structure in South- to- North Water Diversion Project as a research object and with the use of steady state and transient temperature modules in ADINA,we simulate and analyze the temperature field of inverted siphon structure that is influenced by variation forms and loading rate of water temperature,at the same time,the relationship between structure stress,deformation of the inverted siphon and the temperature changes is studied with the aid of temperature- structure module. The results show that the environment temperature can be simplified as linear for the inverted siphon of thinner structure; If considering the initial temperature field and the changing rate of water temperature,the maximum temperature difference of water temperature and ground temperature does not equal to the real maximum temperature difference of inside and outside surface;When the water temperature is higher than the ground temperature,there is a tendency of outward expansion for the inverted siphon structure with the rise of water temperature,thus exerting an adverse effect on stress state of the overall inverted siphon;Conversely,when the water temperature is below the ground temperature,there is a tendency of inward contraction for the inverted siphon structure with the dropping of water temperature,and the inward contraction of left and right side walls prevent roof from inward contraction,thus gaining beneficial effect on the overall inverted siphon.
