【摘要】 目的:观察异位妊娠治疗汤加减方联合西药治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将异位妊娠患者50例随机分为2组各25例。2组均给予甲氨喋呤肌肉注射,若治疗后7天,血HCG下降<15%,可重复给药1次,观察组在此基础上加予异位妊娠治疗汤加减方治疗。15天为1疗程,2组均治疗1疗程。观察2组的临床疗效与不良反应。结果:总有效率观察组88%、对照组68%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。患者血β-HCG降至正常时间、包块消失时间观察组分别为(19.2±8.5)天、(22.4±9.7)天;对照组分别为(28.4±7.5)天、(33.4±8.2)天;2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为9.3%,对照组为20.9%,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:异位妊娠治疗汤加减方联合西药治疗异位妊娠可以提高临床疗效,缩短包块消失时间、血β-HCG降至正常时间,促进输卵管的功能的恢复,安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of modified ectopic pregnancy decoction combined with wes tern medicine for ectopic pregnancy. Methods : Fifty patients with ectopic pregnancy were evenly randomized into two groups. Both groups received intramus cular injection of methotrexate. After treatment for 7 days, intramus cular injection of methotrexate repeated for one time when the decreas e of s erum human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG) level was les s than 15%. The obs ervation group received ectopic pregnancy decoction additionally. One treatment cours e las ted 15 days, and both groups had one cours e. The clinical efficacy and s ide effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 88% in the obs ervation group,and was 68% in the control group,the difference being s ignificant(P<0.05). Time for HCG dropping to the normal was(19.2 ±8.5) days and time for the mas s dis appearing time was(22.4 ±9.7) days in the obs ervation group,and was(28.4 ±7.5) days,(33.4 ±8.2) days in the control group,the difference being s ignificant(P< 0.05). The incidence of advers e reaction was 9.3% in the obs ervation group, and was 20.9% in the control group, the difference being s ignificant(P<0.05). Conclus ion:Modified ectopic pregnancy decoction combined with wes tern medicine is effective and s afe for ectopic pregnancy through enhancing the clinical effect,s hortening time for mas s dis appearance and HCG dropping to the normal,and promoting the recovery of oviductal function.更多还原
