【摘要】 目的:观察中药在重症胰腺炎治疗中的辅助临床价值。方法:将140例重症胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,2组的西医疗法完全相同,治疗组除常规西医综合治疗外,另加中药汤剂注入胃管。结果:腹痛缓解时间及肠道功能恢复时间治疗组较对照组明显为短,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。入院时全部患者血淀粉酶、脂肪酶明显增高。治疗后治疗组血淀粉酶、脂肪酶恢复正常时间均短于对照组,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。入院时全部病例血C-反应蛋白、白细胞增高,治疗后2组C-反应蛋白及白细胞均下降恢复,其2组恢复正常时间比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组发生胰腺假性囊肿12例,发生胰腺感染7例;对照组发生胰腺假性囊肿16例,胰腺感染9例。2组局部并发症总发生率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组共死亡27例,治疗组8例,对照组19例。死亡原因为败血症及多脏器功能衰竭。2组病死率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂在重症胰腺炎的治疗中有显著疗效,可明显改善患者的临床症状及各项实验室指标,能降低病死率、缩短住院时间、提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Chinese medicine adjuvant treatment for severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: One hundred and forty patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given the same western medicine therapy,and the treatment group was treated with infusion of Chinese medicine decoction additionally through the gastric tube. Results:The abdominal pain relief time and bowel function recovery time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Blood amylase,lipase and C-reactive protein levels as well as leukocyte count of all patients were increased at admission. The time for the above indexes recovering to the normal level was in the treatment group than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Pancreatic pseudocyst occurred in 12 cases of the treatment group and in 16 cases of the control group,and pancreatic infection occurred in 7 cases of the treatment group and 9 cases of the control group. The difference of incidence of local complication was insignificant between the two groups(P > 0.05). Eight cases in the treatment group and 19 cases in the control group died of septicemia or multiple organ failure,and the difference of the mortality between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Chinese medicine decoction is effective for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis through significantly relieving the clinical symptoms and improving laboratory indicators,reducing the mortality,and shortening the hospitalization time.更多还原
