木屑负载乙醇环保型固体燃料块的配方优化
Optimization of the Prescription of Environment Solid Fuel Block with Wood Load Ethanol
【摘要】 本实验研究将废弃的木屑回收并制造成燃料块,使木屑成为一种原料资源,从而创造出新的经济价值。燃料块由废弃木屑、乙醇、硝酸钾、二氧化锰、棕榈蜡组成,通过分别对木屑、乙醇、二氧化锰进行单因素试验,确定最佳用量范围,再对其设计正交实验确定固体燃料块的最佳配方。实验表明:制备燃料块的最佳配方为二氧化锰量0.001 80 g、乙醇量1.5 m L、木屑量1.6 g、硝酸钾量0.01 g、石蜡量3 g。且该配方下制备的固体燃料块具有质轻、易燃、燃烧热值高、燃烧充分等优点,可用于室外、野外,非常适合于突发事件的应急救援、取暖、炊事之用,具有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 This study is to produce fuel pellets with the recycled waste wood, turning waste into treasure. The fuel consists of wood shavings, ethanol, potassium nitrate, manganese dioxide, paraffin wax, Separate the sawdust, ethanol, manganese dioxide by single factor experiment to determine the optimal dosage range, Then its orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal formula designed for solid fuel block. Experimental results show: the best prescription for preparing fuel block is manganese dioxide amount 0.001 8 g, the amount of ethanol 1.5m L, the amount of sawdust 1.6 g, the amount of potassium nitrate 0.01 g, the amount of paraffin wax 3 g. And the process under the best prescription of solid fuel is qualitative light, flammable, burning high calorific value, burning full, etc. Can be used in outdoor, outdoor, very suitable for emergency rescue, heating,cooking, and has a good prospect of application.
