【摘要】 通过试验筛选出细菌培养基为水产下脚料发酵用菌的混合培养基。以培养液的OD值为指标,考察培养液初始p H、接种量、培养温度、转速4个因素对菌种混合培养的影响,在单因素实验基础上,设计四因素三水平的正交实验L9(43),确定菌种混合培养的最佳条件为接种量按0.2%,初始培养液的p H 7,培养温度30℃,转速210 r/min。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the test, filtering out bacteria culture medium for bacteria which is used to fermentate aquatic product residues. Putting the culture’s OD values as the reference, inspecting the influence of four factors, culture medium initial p H, inoculation amount, culture temperature, speed, on the bacteria mixed culture.On the basis of single factor experiment, designing the four factors three levels orthogonal experiment L9(43).
