卵黄囊期鲻鱼仔鱼发育及垂直分布特征研究
Study on Larval Development and Vertical Distribution Characteristic of Yolk-sac Larvae of Mugil cephalus
【摘要】 利用激素注射和人工繁殖技术获得的鲻鱼受精卵,对卵黄囊期仔鱼的发育和水层垂直分布变化进行了观察。结果表明:(1)23℃水温下,初孵仔鱼平均全长2.65±0.18 mm,卵黄球长径0.96±0.24 mm,油球直径0.38±0.12 mm,卵黄球在孵化后第5天消失,油球为第10天完全吸收;(2)不同水深(20、40、60 cm)对鲻鱼的孵化率影响显著(P<0.05),但对卵黄囊期仔鱼的死亡率影不显著(P>0.05);(3)孵化后的第3天和第8天,仔鱼在水层中发生向下迁移变化,并伴随2个死亡高峰。
【Abstract】 Using injecting exterior hormone into the brood fish of Mugil cephalus and artificial propagating technology to get the fertilized eggs. The larval development and vertical distribution characteristic of yolksac larvae were observed. The results showed that:(1) under 23 ℃, the average total length of newly hatched larvae was 2.65±0.18 mm, yolk length was 0.96±0.24 mm, oil globule diameter was 0.38±0.12 mm, yolk was disappeared in the 5th day after hatching, oil globule was completely absorbed in the 10th day after hatching.(2) the hatchability was significantly(P<0.05), but the mortality of yolk sac larvae was not significantl(P> 0.05) in different depths(20, 40, 60 cm).(3)the yolk-sac larvae had two downward migration in the water accompanying death peak in the 3th and 8th day after hatching.
