【Abstract】 Objective To find out the infection status of HPV B19 in blood donors of Yao ethnic group, and explore the relationship between HPV B19 and HBs Ag,HCV,HGV. Methods Anti-HPV B19 Ig G,HBs Ag, anti-HCV Ig G and antiHGV-Ig G in serum samples were detected by ELISA.Fast real time PCR was used to detect HPV B19 DNA in some of the samples. Results Of all 376 blood samples, 110 were positive in anti-HPV B19 Ig G detection. The positive rates of anti-HPV B19 Ig G detection among those samples positive for anti-HGV-Ig G,anti-HCV and HBs Ag were 36.36%,33.33% and 28.57%, respectively, while the co-infection rate was as high as 34.88%. Compared with HBs Ag and antiHCV,although positive rate of anti-HGV-Ig G was the highest, there was no significant difference among them(χ2=0.158,P >0.05). The anti-HPV B19 Ig G positive rate of negative blood samples was 28.53%,as there is no significant difference between it and anti-HPV B19 Ig G positive rate of positive blood samples after analysis(χ2=0.743,P>0.05). The overall positiverate of HPV B19 DNA detection was 6.80%;among the HBs Ag positvie,HPV B19 Ig G positive, anti-HGV-Ig G positive, anti-HCV positive and negative samples, the HPV B19 DNA positive rates were 14.29%,11.63%,7.69%,0.00% and 3.70%, respectively. Conclusion HPV B19 infection does exist among blood donors of Yao ethnic group, and some donors were co-infected with HBV, HCV and HGV.
