【摘要】 目的通过肇庆市互助献血者与自愿无偿献血者的情况对比,分析互助献血在现阶段献血招募工作中的价值。方法依据2006-2012年肇庆市《全血献血登记表》和《单采血小板献血登记表》中登记的内容,用广东迈科网络血站信息系统,统计分析互助献血者和自愿无偿献血者年龄、人数、性别、献血频次、季节性分布、传染性指标检测结果,比较互助献血者与自愿无偿献血者献血的情况。结果 2006-2012年互助献血的人数呈逐步上升趋势,互助献血1 834人次,占总献血人次的0.84%,其中互助捐献单采血小板共计372人次,占总捐献单采血小板人次的5.37%。互助献血者和自愿无偿献血者的性别、文化程度、献血频次、月份、传染病指标结果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论互助献血在现阶段可作为自愿无偿献血的有益补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the importance of mutual blood donation by the contrast analysis of mutual blood donation and voluntary non-remunerated blood donation in Zhaoqing, Guangdong province. Methods Statistical analysis data recorded from 2006 to 2012, including donators′ age, number, gender, blood donation frequency, seasonal distribution and contagious index test results came from blood stations in Guangdong Maike network information system, the city of the whole blood donation registration form "and" solid donate blood platelet registration form. Results From 2006 to 2012, the number of mutual blood donation rate had been gradually rising. A total of 1 834 people were 0.84% of the total blood donation donators,among which single platelets totaling of 372 person-times, mutual contributions accounted for 5.37% of total solid platelet donation. Difference had statistical significance(P<0.05) between mutual donors and the voluntary non-remunerated blood donors in gender, level of education,donation frequency, seasonal distribution and infectious results, but the age had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Mutual blood donation should be a beneficial supplement for blood donation in Zhaoqing.更多还原
