【摘要】 目的了解深圳市福田区水果和蔬菜污染状况,分析原因并提出控制措施。方法采集2011~2012年市售的688份蔬菜和水果,用ICP-MS检测金属铅、镉、总砷和总汞,用气相色谱法检测有机磷、有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类共21项农药残留。结果蔬菜、水果中金属铅、镉、总砷和总汞的超标率分别为1.16%、0.44%、0.00%和5.33%。农药残留的合格率为91.08%。禁用有机氯农药三氯杀螨醇的仍有检出。结论福田区水果和蔬菜存在污染状况,应采取防控措施并加强市场监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pollution status of vegetable and fruit in Futian District of Shenzhen as well as the source of pollution and explore the possible way to control pollution. Methods Totally 688 vegetable and fruit samples were collected from market since 2011. Inductive coupled plasma-mass spectroscopy was used to determine the concentration of Pb、Cd、total As and total Hg. Gas chromatography method was used to determine 21 kinds of pesticide residues in the samples. Results The unqualified rates of Pb, Cd, total As and total Hg were 1.16%, 0.44%, 0.00% and 5.33%,respectively. The qualified rate of pesticide residues in the samples was 91.08%. Dicofol that was prohibited for use was also detected. Conclusions The vegetables and fruits were polluted and effective preventive measures including market monitoring be taken to control the pollution.更多还原
