【Abstract】 The environment issue of the Gulf is a focus of concern over the world. The Beibu Gulf is facing the challenge from the global environmental change,the growing human activity,the worsening of environment and ecology and the increase in natural disasters. It is necessary therefore to built mechanism to protect and manage the marine environment of the Beibu Gulf,and find an effective method to enhance the public environmental consciousness,improve the legislation for the protection of the ocean environment,enhance the basic education,develop a way of involving the public and enhance international cooperation.更多还原
