【摘要】 弄清依法治校中"依法治校"与"以法治校"、"依法治校"与"以罚治校"、依法治校与校长治校的几个关系,有利于在认识上到位。克服依法治校过程中的实践不当,监督机制不健全、依法治校成为被利用的工具、依法治校标准不一、依法治校程序不当,有利于在行动上到位。树立和努力践行依法治校的理念,建立健全监督机制,形成长效机制,不断拓宽监督渠道,是新形势下提高依法治校水平的着力点和突破口。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper aims at finding out and making clear the definitions and relations amongst "managing schools according to law","ruling schools by law","ruling schools by punishment"and"schools run by headmaster". It also points out that we should try to take proper action to overcome the inadequate practices and the insufficient supervision mechanism which might be misused or abused because of double standard and improper procedures in the execution of managing schools in accordance with law. Therefore, setting up and practicing the concept of managing schools in accordance with law, perfecting and forming the long-term supervision mechanism is the key and breakthrough to improve the level of managing schools according to law under new situation.更多还原
