添加复合纤维素酶对青海育肥藏系羔羊瘤胃发酵的影响研究
Effect of adding compound cellulase enzyme on rumen fermentation of fattening lamb
【摘要】 本研究以复合纤维素酶组成为纤维素酶(35%)、β-葡聚糖酶(40%)、木聚糖酶(15%)和果胶酶(10%)配制复合预混料剂量为0.8‰(800g/t)的育肥羔羊精料补充料,通过未添加和添加复合纤维素酶精料补充料对育肥羔羊进行饲喂对比试验,观测其瘤胃发酵指标的变化情况。结果表明,添加复合纤维素酶对育肥羔羊的瘤胃发酵和体增重产生了显著影响,使羔羊瘤胃PH值显著下降(P<0.05),VFA和NH3-N浓度显著提高(P<0.05),羔羊胴体重和屠宰率显著提高(P<0.01),为纤维素酶制剂在羔羊育肥阶段的应用提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 The compound cellulose enzyme composed of cellulose enzyme( 35%),beta glucan enzyme( 40%),xylanase( 15%) and pectinase( 10%) were added as supplement fodder( 800 g /t) for feeding fattening lamb. The changes of the rumen fermentation index was observed. The results showed that adding compound cellulase has a significant effect on rumen fermentation and body weight of the fatten lamb. PH value decreased significantly( p < 0.05),VFA and NH3- N concentration increased significantly( p < 0. 05),body weight and lamb slaughtering rate increased significantly( p < 0. 01). This experiment provides the reference basis for application of cellulose enzyme preparation in lamb fattening.
