复合材料工装变形补偿方法研究
Research on the Compensation of Die’s Thermal Expansion for Composite Material
【摘要】 实际生产中,因复合材料与模具热膨胀系数不一致等原因,复合材料构件成型尺寸往往很难保证。本文在传统模具设计方法的基础上,利用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟计算模具的热膨胀变形量,在模具设计阶段对模具的热变形量进行补偿,最终得到期望产品尺寸,大大降低生产成本,提高产品成型精度。
【Abstract】 During practical production,there are many factors influencing the forming size of composite parts,such as the difference of thermal expansion coefficient between die and composite. In this thesis,the die’s thermal expansion was simulated by using the FEA software ABAQUS on the base of its traditional designing method and was compensated during the designing process. Finally it can get the expected part’s shape,decrease production cost and improve the part’s forming accuracy.
