复合材料薄壁箱梁的设计
Design of Thin-walled Composite Box Beams
【摘要】 在平面假定的基础上按照Timoshenko梁理论,给出了复合材料薄壁箱梁翼缘弯曲正应变和腹板剪切应变的计算公式,在计算梁挠度时考虑剪切变形带来的贡献。设计并制作了复合材料薄壁箱梁,并进行弯曲性能试验,试验结果表明:复合材料箱梁翼缘上的轴向应变沿截面宽度方向的分布是不均匀的,但梁上下翼缘的轴向正应变的平均值和腹板的剪切应变与理论分析结果较为吻合。相应结果可以用于复合材料薄壁箱梁的设计。
【Abstract】 Based on the Timoshenko beam theory of plane-section assumption,the longitudinal strain of flange and the shear strain of web are determined for composite box-beam,and the deflection is calculated including the contributions of shear deformation. One composite thin-walled box beam is designed and fabricated and the bending performance was tested.Experimental results show that the axial strain of composite box girder flange along the width of cross section not evenly distributed,but the axial average strain of upper and lower flange and the shear strain of webs are agreed well with the calculated results. The method stated in the paper can be used to the design of thin-walled composite box girder.
