实物期权与技术创新的关系研究——环境不确定性的调节作用

【摘要】 本文将实物期权看作是一种思想,将其分为操作性实物期权和战略性实物期权,把实物期权理论和技术创新理论结合起来,通过建立一个模型,证明实物期权能够提高技术创新水平。文章通过建立回归模型,进一步实证分析了环境不确定性在实物期权与提高技术创新之间的调节作用。研究结果表明,当环境不确定性水平越高时,实物期权对技术创新的提高作用就越大。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper regards real options as a mindset, which is divided into operative real options and strategic real options. By integrating the theories of real options and technological innovation, it proposes a model to confirm that real options can improve the level of technological innovation, and further analyses the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty. The results show that environmental uncertainty intensifies the relationship between real options and technological innovation.更多还原
