两种协同技术创新模式与企业跳跃式突变成长——基于探索能力中介作用的实证研究

【摘要】 技术创新与企业的协同在推动经济发展方面起着举足轻重的作用,在未来也必将是推动经济社会发展的重要形式。本文以高技术企业为研究对象,利用169家高技术企业的调查数据,实证分析了企业探索能力对两种企业协同技术创新模式与企业成长方式的中介作用,指出两种协同技术创新模式均与企业的跳跃式突变成长方式呈正相关关系;探索能力与企业的跳跃式突变成长方式之间呈正相关关系;企业的探索能力在两种协同技术创新模式与企业的跳跃式突变成长方式之间均有中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the survey data of 169 high- tech enterprises, this paper makes an empirical research on the intermediary role of the competence exploration between the two models of technologically cooperative innovation and the way of enterprise growth in the high technology enterprises. The paper points out that the patterns of cooperative technological innovations are positively correlated with the leaping mutation growth way of the enterprise; the competence exploration has a positive correlation with the leaping mutation growth way; and the competence exploration of the enterprise has a mediating effect between the pattern of cooperative technological innovation and the leaping mutation growth way.更多还原
