基于多层次可拓法的创新型城市建设进展监测评价

【摘要】 "建设创新型国家"是国家的重大战略决策,建设创新型城市是国家实现这一战略的重要部署。创新型城市进展监测评价是评价创新型城市工作成效的重要依据,也是指导创新型城市建设的有效手段。本文基于创新系统理论,从创新主体、创新资源、创新环境和创新产出四个维度构建了创新型城市进展监测指标体系,运用多层次可拓法建立了创新型城市建设进展物元综合评判模型,并以洛阳为例对模型的应用做了模拟运算。更多还原

【Abstract】 To construct an innovative city is an important deployment to achieve the strategy of building an innovative country, which is the significant strategic decision in China. Monitoring and evaluation of innovative city is an important basis to evaluate the achievements in innovation- oriented city construction, and also an effective measure to guide the innovative city construction.Based on the innovation system theory, this article constructs the innovative urban progress monitoring index system,which involves innovation subjects, innovation resources, innovation environment and innovation outputs. Next, a comprehensive assessment model of innovative city construction is built by using the multi- level extension method. Finally an example of Luoyang is used to make the model simulation calculations.更多还原
