【摘要】 同为诺贝尔文学奖得主,美国作家福克纳对中国作家莫言的影响主要体现在文学地理和艺术表现手段等方面。然而,由于社会和文学背景不同,两位文学大师的创作又具有很大的差异性:福克纳揭示的是社会变革中人在精神层面上的现实,莫言则主要以中国农村的百年变迁为主线,展示了作家的社会责任感和政治责任感;在创作思潮方面,福克纳代表了现代主义的文学成就,莫言则为后现代主义文学指明了发展方向。因而,莫言与福克纳之间是继承、扬弃与发展的关系。莫言的巨大成功在于他向西方先进文化学习的同时,更加注重自主创新,尤其在作家对人的本质探讨方面走出了一条与众不同的创作道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Both as winners of Nobel Prize for literature, American novelist Faulkner has shed a great deal of influence on Chinese novelist MO Yan, and their similarities mainly lie in the aspects of literary geography, literary creation methods and so on. But, owing to the different social and literary background, the two great literary masters indeed have their differences between them: What Faulkner reveals is the psychological reality with the social change while MO Yan demonstrates the social and political responsibilities of the writers with the main clue of China’s changing countryside during the last hundred years. As for literary trends, Faulkner represents the literary achievement of modernism while MO Yan shows developing direction for post-modernism. There is inheritance and development relationship between the two great literary figures. MO Yan’s achievement in literature lies in learning from the west advanced culture but paying more attention to our own literary innovation, especially focusing on excavating the human nature in unique ways.更多还原
