基于改进人工鱼群优化的PTS相位系数搜索算法

【摘要】 为了克服传统的PTS算法运算程序复杂,计算量大,搜索复杂度高的不足,提出了基于改进人工鱼群优化的PTS相位系数搜索算法。该算法通过穷举搜索选择最优的相位旋转因子,将最小峰值平均功率比的求解过程转化为非线性约束的优化问题,利用改进的人工鱼群优化算法,在全局范围内求解最优相位因子,使得相位序列的搜索能够快速向最优相位序列收敛,从而得到具有较小峰值平均功率比的信号并在不影响性能前提下减小时间复杂度。实验结果表明,与传统PTS算法相比,本文提出的算法搜索复杂度降低,PAPR值变小,具有一定的应用价值。

【Abstract】 In order to avoid the disadvantage of the traditional PTS algorithm complex computation procedure,large computation number and high search complexity,a improved artificial fish-swarm optimization based PTS phase coefficients search algorithm was proposed to choose optimum phase rotation factors through the exhaustive search of phase factors.the searching phase factors of PTS was formulated as a combinatorial optimization problem,with the Improved Artificial Fish-Swarm Optimization algorithm,a new particle swarm formula was proposed to search the optimal combination of phase factors,which made the search tragectories converge to the best phase factors quickly,then achieve the signals with low PAPR and reduce the time complexity with neglectable performance penalty.The simulations show that,compared with the conventional scheme, the proposed algorithm can achieve the small PAPR reduction with low computational complexity and has a applicable value to some extent.
