【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠合并糖尿病对孕产妇及胎儿预后的影响及有效治疗措施。方法选取2010年1月至2013年10月期间我院妇产科收治的72例妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇作为观察组,同时选取72例妊娠健康孕妇作为对照组。观察两组孕产妇孕期并发症、分娩方式及围产儿预后情况,并进行对比分析。结果观察组孕产妇并发症发生率均高于对照组孕产妇,且观察组孕产妇及围生儿发生巨大儿、早产儿、新生儿窒息、难产率及剖宫产率等均高于对照组孕产妇,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上妊娠合并糖尿病孕产妇及围生儿并发症发生、新生儿窒息、难产率及剖宫产率均较高,医师应给予高度的重视,早发现早处理可减少母婴并发症,并对母婴的预后产生积极的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the impact of gestational diabetes on maternal and fetal,and explore an effective method for treatment. Methods 72 cases of pregnant women who suffered from gestational diabetes,hospitalized in our hospital during January 2010 and October 2013,were employed as the observation group,another 72 cases of healthy pregnant women were selected as control group. Maternal complications during pregnanc,mode of delivery and perinatal prognosis were observed and compared. Results The incidence of maternal complication,tremendous children,preterm children,neonatal asphyxia,dystocia and cesarean section rate of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Maternal gestational diabetes,perinatal complications children,high neonatal asphyxia,dystocia and cesarean section were common in clinical practice,physicians should pay high priority attention,early detection and early treatment can reduce maternal complications,and have a positive effect on the prognosis of both mother and child.更多还原
