【摘要】 目的探讨老年期痴呆患者照料者的心理状况。方法采用自行设计的调查表及SCL-90对80例老年期痴呆患者及80例老年非痴呆患者的主要照料者进行测查。结果痴呆患者照料者的SCL-90总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性项目均分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子分均高于对照组,差异有显著性意义。结论老年期痴呆患者的照料者心理健康水平低于老年非痴呆病人照料者,焦虑和抑郁情绪障碍是主要的心理问题。社会应该建立相应的教育以及指导体系,认真做好本项疾病的宣传以及护理知识的指导,设法减轻照料者的心理负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the psychological status of caregivers of senile dementia patients.Methods The self-designed questionnaire and SCL-90 were used to test the main caregiver of 80 cases of senile dementia patients and 80 cases of senile non dementia patients. Results The SCL-90 total score,total average,the number of positive items,positive project average,somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility and other factors of the dementia caregivers are higher than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions The mental health status of caregivers of senile dementia patients is lower than the level of caregivers of senile non dementia patients; anxiety and depression are the main psychological problems. The corresponding education and guidance system should be established,and do conscientiously on the publicity of this disease and nursing knowledge guidance,try to reduce the psychological burden of caregivers.更多还原
