【摘要】 目的观察输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术(URS)治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床疗效。方法74例输尿管中下段结石患者,经输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察治疗的疗效及相关并发症。结果71例患者1次碎石成功,1次碎石成功率95.9%(71/74)。2例因输尿管开口狭小进镜困难,1例改行开放手术,1例术后改行B超定位下行ESWL治疗;1例碎石时有结石碎片进入肾内,术后配合ESWL治疗,结石得到完全清除;3例患者因留置双J管引起反复发热,经尿培养证实是上尿路感染,拔出双J管后发热现象消失。未见其他严重并发症。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石是有效安全的,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of middle and lower ureteric stones. Methods 74 patients with middle and lower ureteric stones were treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,and observed the efficacy and complications after the treatment.Results 71 patients were one-time graval successful,the rate of one-time graval successful was 95. 9%( 71 /74). One patient was converted to open surgery and one patient was later on treated with ESWL because the narrow ureter dued to the difficulty for entering with the ureteroscope; one patient had recevied the case which debris of stone dropped into the kidney,and the debris was cleared completely by ESWL after treatment; three patients were occurred recurrent fever because of indwelling double J tubes,and were proved to be a urinary tract infection by urine culture,the fever disappeared after removingdouble J tubes. No other serious complications were appeared in all patients. Conclusions Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy for middle and lower ureteric stones is effective and safe,worth to be promoted in clinical treatment.更多还原
