【摘要】 目的总结急性消化道穿孔的超声诊断特点。方法对16例上腹剧痛急腹症患者进行超声检查,拟诊急性消化道穿孔的超声诊断。结果除1例漏诊,其余均经临床外科手术证实为消化道穿孔。结论超声诊断急性消化道穿孔具有较高的准确性,不仅可以大致判断穿孔的部位,同时可以观察穿孔周围及腹腔情况,可以作为诊断急性消化道穿孔的重要手段,具有较高的临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize ultrasonic diagnosis for acute perforation of digestive tract. Methods Ultrasonography was performed on 16 cases of epigastric pain patients with acute abdomen,quasi ultrasound diagnosis of acute perforation of digestive tract. Results Except for 1 cases of missed diagnosis,the rest were confirmed by surgical operation confirmed for digestive tract perforation. Conclusions The ultrasound diagnosis accuracy with high acute gastrointestinal perforation,Not only can judge perforation,at the same time can be observed around the perforation and intraperitoneal,can be used as an important means of diagnosis of acute perforation of digestive tract,have a high clinical practical value.更多还原
