【摘要】 目的探讨介入治疗主动脉缩窄的护理方法,更好地服务于临床工作。方法通过对8例介入治疗主动脉缩窄患者护理资料的回顾性分析,强调控制血压、并发症的观察和护理。结果介入治疗均获成功,患者术后血压明显下降,无严重并发症发生,穿刺点出血1例,随访6~32个月,未发现再狭窄。结论做好全面、细致的护理是保证介入治疗成功,促进患者康复的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing methods of interventional treatment of coarctation of the aorta,to the clinical work.Methods Based on 8 cases of interventional treatment of coarctation of the aorta patients nursing data were retrospectively analyzed,emphasis on control of blood pressure,the observation and nursing of complications.Results Patients with interventional treatment of coarctation of the aorta were successful,postoperative BP decreased obviously,no serious complications,1 case the puncture point bleeding,followed up for 6 to 32 months,no restenosis.Conclusions The comprehensive and careful nursing is guarantee for the interventional treatment success;is the key to promote the rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
