高校师生关系的三维特性及其师德诉求

【摘要】 高等教育的大众化和高校收费的市场化,赋予了高校师生关系以新的三维特性,即生产性、契约性和伦理性。师生关系的三维特性,对教师道德提出了新的诉求:师生关系的生产性要求教师具备专业的职业素养;师生关系的契约性要求教师具备市场的服务意识;师生关系的伦理性要求教师具备传统的道德人格。伦理学研究应针对高校师生关系的新变化以及师德建设的新问题,建构起与之相适应的多层次的高校教师职业道德规范体系。

【Abstract】 Popularity and market-oriented in higher education,given the relationship between university teachers and students to a new three-dimensional features,namely productive,contractual and ethical.This puts forward new demands of teacher morality:productive teacher-student relationship requires teachers to have a professional career accomplishment;contractual teacher-student relationship requires teachers to have sense of market service consciousness;ethical teacher-student relationship requires teachers to have a traditional moral personality.Ethics should study the new changes for relationship between university teachers and students,and new issues of teacher moral construction,construct with suitable multi-level system of professional ethics for university teachers.
