亚临界600MW汽轮机调节级内流动规律的数值研究
Numerical Analysis of Flow Characteristics Within the Governing Stage of Sub-critical 600MW Steam Turbine
【摘要】 对600MW亚临界汽轮机部分进汽下调节级的不同工况的气动性能进行了数值模拟。绘制了能量损失、静压、流动分布等随流量变化的曲线图,分析了调节级内的流动特点及流动损失产生的主要因素,为进一步提高汽轮机调节级气动性能奠定基础。
【Abstract】 The artical simulates aerodynamic performance of control stage in different conditions under lower portion of the intake of a sub-critical 600 MW steam turbine.Draw the curves of the total energy loss,the static pressure and the flow distribution along flow rate change.The flow characteristics and the main factors that the flow losses generated of control stage is discussed.It lays the foundation for further improving the aerodynamic performance of the turbine control stage.
