【摘要】 目的:探讨分期同步护理在急性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年1月~2013年5月收治的急性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者48例作为观察组,实施分期同步护理干预;选取2011年1~12月收治的急性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者22例作为对照组,实施常规外科护理。比较住院相同天数两组前后肿胀、温差、疼痛和下肢功能恢复情况。结果:观察组下肢周径的测量值明显低于护理前(P<0.05),对照组护理前后基本无变化(P>0.05)。观察组患处皮肤前后温差大于2.5℃,高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组出院时下肢功能情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:分期同步护理可及时针对急性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症不同分期的症状进行护理,准确把握手术时机,减缓并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of synchronous staging nursing in the interventional treatment of patients with acute lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion. Methods: 48 patients treated from January 2012 to May 2013 were taken as the observation group and other22 patients treated from January to December 2011 were taken as the control group. The synchronous staging nursing and conventional surgical nursing were respectively implemented in the two groups. The patient’s swelling,difference in temperature,pain and lower limb function recovery were compared between the two groups. Results: The measured lower limb circumference value was significantly lower in the observation group after nursing care than that before nursing care( P < 0. 05) and it had no significant change in the control group before and after nursing care( P > 0. 05); the skin temperature of the affected limb was higher( > 2. 5 ℃) in the observation group than the control group( P < 0. 01); the pain score was lower in the observation group than the control group( P < 0. 01); there was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the lower limb function recovery of the patients between the two groups at discharge( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The synchronous staging nursing can provide timely and proper nursing care aiming at the symptoms of the patients and can have surgeon accurately grasp the timing of surgery and reduce the occurrence of complications.更多还原
