【摘要】 目的:探讨优质护理服务模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法:将178例COPD患者采用便利抽样法随机分为观察组和对照组各89例,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理服务模式,比较两组病情稳定出院后3个月再次住院率、随访情况、生活质量评分及心理状况。结果:观察组出院后3个月再次住院率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组随访率高于对照组(P<0.01);随访3个月后,两组患者生活质量评分及心理状况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对COPD患者实施优质护理服务模式,可明显改善患者焦虑及抑郁症状,提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on anxiety,depression and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD). Methods: 178 COPD patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group( 89 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were additionally provided high quality nursing service. The readmission rate,the status of follow- up,the scores of quality of life and mental status of the patients were compared between the two groups after hospital discharge for 3 months.Results: The readmission rate was lower in the observation group than the control group after hospital discharge for 3 months( P < 0. 05);the follow- up rate was higher in the observation group than the control group( P < 0. 01); after follow- up for 3 months,the differences in the comparison of the scores of quality of life and psychological conditions of the patients were statistically significant between the two groups( P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The high quality nursing service provided for COPD patients can significantly relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression of the patients and improve their quality of life.更多还原
